Ever since he can remember, Jon-Luc has loved collecting things. Now, he gets to live out his passion every single day.
Jon-Luc has always enjoyed collecting. From a young age, he would accompany his mum and dad to car boot sales where he’d have his own stall next to theirs selling his old toys and games.
This passion has continued to grow ever since and when Jon-Luc turned 18, he began to sell on eBay part time alongside his studies. By grafting and always having an eye for a bargain, Jon-Luc was able to make reselling his full-time job in 2022.
Beyond the business, Jon-Luc also runs his successful YouTube channel with the support of his girlfriend, Charlotte. By documenting his life as a reseller, Jon-Luc has built a committed following and amassed thousands of subscribers, to whom he regularly shares practical tips and advice to help other eBay sellers grow their own businesses.
This community is always there for each other, especially in times of need - and Jon-Luc has been able to benefit from this support network when he at times has struggled with his own mental health. It’s this building and nurturing of a community that led Jon-Luc to win the Community Contribution Award for 2023.
